The insulation layer should adopt polyurethane rigid foam plastic.The foam should be free of pollution and exhibit no shrinkage, delamination, or cracking. The foam holes should be uniform and fine. When tested in accordance with GB/T128 11 requirements, the average pore size measured radially should not exceed 0.5mm.The foam should uniformly fill the annular space between the working pipe and the outer casing. On any cross-section of the insulation layer, the combined area of voids and bubbles should not exceed 5% of the total cross-sectional area.

It utilizes heat-resistant polyethylene PE-RT pipes produced from heat-resistant polyethylene PE-RT II type material, and a specialized UV absorber is added to enhance the product’s pressure resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, and weathering resistance. The product conforms to the CJT318-2009 standard requirements. It boasts excellent high-temperature resistance, outperforming ordinary plastic pipes in heat resistance, which is suitable for high water temperature requirements in solar thermal systems.
